Step 6

Switch your foreground color to black, and background color to cream ##F0E5DA.
Use your magic wand and hold down the shift key to select all the white pie sections between the reds,selections/modify/expand by 1
and flood fill those with black, the click in one of the remaining white sections, and selections/modify/select similar ,selections/modify/expand by 1,and flood fill with the cream color.

Step 7
Select the red color with the magic wand, and go to selections/modify/select similar and then selections/float, then effects/texture effects/ choose gravel from the presets, but move the size down to 25%
Then apply a cut out, v=1 ,h=1 , opacity 100, blur 10, color black. Selections/defloat
Repeat with the green sections.

Step 8

Set the foreground color to #FEF5E4, and the foreground fill texture to Foil, select one of the cream colored sections, selections/select similar,
flood fill with the light cream, then apply the same cut out. 

Step 9

Go to the promoted layer, and with the shape selection tool draw a square all the way around it.
Click in the selection once. Set your foreground color to white, and your texture to none, and flood
fill the red with white. Then go to effects/texture effects/sculpture and apply the gold preset, or use the blade pro 
setting of your choice. Selections, select none. 

Step 10

HEY! It looks kind of like a dart board now doesn't it!

Layers, merge visible. Then click in the background, and go to selections/invert selection, then modify, expand by 40.
Layers, new raster layer, flood fill with white,selections/modify, contract by 5, colors/negative image,selections/modify contract by 36, and hit the delete key. 

Click on the white ring, and apply the same sculpture or blade pro setting as before.

Okay!! Time to number it. The numbers go around the black ring in this order,starting from the top, going clockwise, 20, 1, 18, 4, 13, 6, 10, 15, 2, 17, 3,19, 7, 16, 8, 11, 14, 9, 12, 5
Put in the numbers seperately as vectors so you can get them placed right, and so if you decide to rotate them around rather then having them 
all be right side up you can. The text can either be filled with white or outlined in white
depending on the look you want. When you are done placing the numbers, convert the layer to a raster layer, and apply the same sculpture or blade pro preset.
