Making the book cover, start with a rectangle just a little over twice
as wide and twice as tall as the booklet is open on it. Fold top and bottom
edges towards center, and make sharp creases in the center to make the
spine.
Then fold the covers in half, so they meet up with the spine of the book.
Insert front and back pages of the booklet into the pockets formed by
the cover.
